Our Professional Cleaning Certifications
Roy Knaak has completed professional carpet and hard surface training through Truckmount Forums Academy (TMF Academy). Each certification below represents specialized skills we use every day to deliver better results for homes and businesses across Bellingham and Whatcom County.
HWE Carpet Cleaning
Hot water extraction is the deep carpet cleaning method most carpet manufacturers recommend. This certification covers using HWE to lift embedded dirt, allergens, and stubborn stains from carpets in homes and businesses across Bellingham and Whatcom County.
Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Offices, retail spaces, and high-traffic buildings need a different approach than a living room. This training covers the equipment and methods that keep commercial carpets in Bellingham, Ferndale, and Lynden looking clean with minimal disruption to your business.
VLM Cleaning (Encapsulation)
Very low moisture encapsulation cleaning lets carpets dry in a fraction of the time of traditional methods. It is ideal for ongoing commercial carpet maintenance where foot traffic can’t wait, and it helps prevent carpets from resoiling between deep cleanings.
Stone, Tile & Grout Cleaning
Certified in safe, effective cleaning for natural stone, ceramic tile, and grout lines. We bring kitchens, bathrooms, and entryways throughout Whatcom County back to life without damaging delicate surfaces.
Pet Urine, Odor & Other Odor Removal
Pet accidents and lingering odors need more than a surface clean. This certification covers treating urine at the source and neutralizing odors in carpet and padding, so your Bellingham home smells fresh again.
Carpet Repair Course
From seam repairs and re-stretching to patching burns and pet damage, this training lets us fix carpet problems that cleaning alone can’t solve, often saving you the cost of replacement.
